American Squads is trying to eliminate these problems by only using certified technicians, recording all verbal exchanges, and requiring hard copy documentation of Fax or Email in support of claim.
The customer should also be aware that he or she does not enjoy an inherent incapacity for dishonesty nor an immunity from its consequences and thereby the voice recordings, Fax, and Email can and will be used as evidence in cases of "cyber shoplifting" via a fabricated chargeback, which in itself is a violation of the Federal Bank Fraud Statutes Title 18§ 1010, 18 USC § 1012, Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 so stated in the following paragraph.
Whoever knowingly executes, or attempts to execute a scheme or artifice to defraud a financial institution to obtain any of the monies, funds, credits, assets, securities or any other property owned by, or under the custody, or control of a financial institution, by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representation, or promises shall be fined not more than $1,000,000.00 or imprisoned for more than 30 years or both.
Due to the nature of IT, fixing one problem may cause another problem, therefore American Squads cannot guarantee that we can correct all of our clients' technical problems but we do guarantee that the customer is always financially protected. If the customer's problem recurs in part or in full during the next 30 days from his service date, American Squads must be given first notification and allowed an offsite verification.
Refunds request are only honored through the compliance of our Refund Policy as detailed in following steps.
1) Customer must give American Squads first notification of any Service Problem or Refund Request by calling a contact agent at 1-888-808-9565, give your name, card number used, date of service, and a brief description of the problem.
2) American Squads will then do an off site inspection to verify the problem as stated. Upon verification of the problem the customer will have a choice to decide if he wants a correction or a refund.
3) If a refund is requested, the customer is required to create a proof of claim receipt by Email at support@americansquads.online. It is imperative that the customer maintains a copy of these transmissions because they will be his receipt and proof that he gave American Squads first notification.
4) Upon receiving the customer's Faxed or Emailed refund request, American Squads will immediately initiate the procedure for the return of funds. The customer's card will be adjusted to the refund within ten (10) business days from receiving the Fax or Email.
By using Services provided by American Squads, you attest:
That you have read and understand the Refund Policy stated herein.
That the work done by American Squads is satisfactory to my expectations.
That any attempt on my part to circumvent the Refund Policy and not give American Squads First Notification will automatically dishonor my claim.
That any attempt on my part to circumvent the Refund Policy stated herein should be and will be recognized as a scheme to influence the action of a financial institution in an attempt to fraudulently receive money held in its custody through the bank card or check used in this transaction.
